Theriogenology is the specialty of veterinary medicine focused on the reproductive tract of animals. The theriogenology service offers breeding management with either fresh, shipped, cooled, or frozen semen for vaginal or endoscopic transcervical intra-uterine insemination. Semen collection for either shipping or freezing is done with subsequent storage of frozen semen. Breeding soundness evaluations for both bitches and stud dogs with an outline of recommendations for future breeding management are provided, as well as, consultation and treatment for reproductive diseases.

Dr. Luznar is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. After working a short time in private practice, she returned to the University of Florida and completed a theriogenology residency. Dr. Luznar was awarded diplomate status by the American College of Theriogenologists. She is interested in reproductive management to enhance fertility in dogs.
